A little blurb about you:
My name is Logan Winny and I’m the bar manager at I graduated Plymouth State University with a BS in Psychology, but developed a passion for bartending while in classes. I have since been managing the bar at YAMAS Greek Eatery in Plymouth while running my new bar consulting business, Echo Bar Consulting. I will be opening three new restaurants this year and look forward to more projects in the future!
What do you think is the most underused bar tool?
A mesh strainer. Too many martinis are served with ice shards and citrus pulp in the glass, and a mesh strainer can help to eliminate this!

Signature Tamworth Cocktail Recipe:
Tamworth Gin Lemonade
2 oz Tamworth Garden White Mountain Gin
3 oz Fresh Lemonade
3 Dashes Orange Bitters
2 Drops of Saline
Orange Slice
Lemon Slice
Add Gin, Orange Bitters, Saline, Orange and Lemon slices to shaker. Muddle all ingredients, add ice and shake. Dirty dump into cocktail glass, top with lemonade, stir and enjoy!

Join us and Chocorua Public Library as we once again host their 3rd Annual Chilly Chili & Cornbread Cook-off!! This event is on April 12th from 12-3 pm. Your ticket will be good for one of the 3 hour long time slots available; where you can try all the chili’s and cornbread then vote for your favorite, all while sipping on a cocktail or mocktail from Tamworth Distilling.
