A harmonious blend of fresh celery, lemon petitgrain, juniper, black pepper, lavender, and angelica creates a beautifully balanced profile of herbaceous, citrus, and floral notes. Using a rotary evaporator to distill these ingredients, we’ve enhanced their delicate, high-toned qualities, preserving their pure essence.

Crisp juniper and bright citrus leaf deliver a refreshing, clean character, while the pepper and lavender layers in complexity—offering savory, spicy, and floral nuances that unfold over time. Angelica adds a grounding, earthy musk that ties the entire blend together, creating a uniquely complex and refreshing gin experience
