To craft this new release, we blend a concentrated essence of cranberry, using a steam distillate derived from the process of making cranberry sauce, with cranberry juice. This infusion and its unique aroma results in robust sweetness and acidity. Our distillers then add distillates of sage, juniper, and lemon thyme, carefully building the mid-palate and addressing the inherent lightness of the fruit juice. Sugar is added as a final touch to balance the subtle natural bitterness of the cranberry.
