Chocorua Straight Rye

Chocorua is a straight rye whiskey, made from a single crop of organic rye grain from Maine distilled in the sour mash style. The result is a cherry-like nose and depth accented by the rye’s peppery kick.

Smooth, hay-like notes open up as they warm on the tongue, joined by fruity sweetness reminiscent of apple and pear. This is an excellent sipping whiskey, with only a mild heat, light bitterness, and medium length finish. Chocorua Buck

2 oz Chocorua
1/2 oz lime juice
Splash ginger beer
Fresh mint sprig

Add mint, lime juice and whiskey into a shaker with ice, shake and strain into a highball or Moscow mule mug with ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with mint.

White Mountain Manhattan

2 oz Chocorua
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
barspoon maraschino liqueur
2 dashes Regans Orange Bitters

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir until well chilled, decant into a chilled coupe or martini glass and serve with a brandied cherry, add an expressed lemon peel if desired

The Great Spirit

1 1/2 oz Chocorua
1 oz lemon Juice
3/4 oz Honey Surup
1/4 oz Strawberry Shrub

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with 2 thinly sliced strawberries. Shake well and strain into a coupe and garnish with a strawberry.
