Apricot Whiskey

Art in the Age Apricot Whiskey is a beautiful infusion of fresh apricots in rye whiskey. While most flavored whiskey relies on artificial, cloyingly sweet flavors, our Apricot Whiskey was created by pressing fresh apricots, adding the nectar to a barrel of rye whiskey, and leaving it to mellow for over five months. The result is delicious: deep, malty notes from the rye base, tart apricot flavor and aroma, a hint of wood and mellow leather from the barrel, and sweetness for balance from wildflower honey.
