Chocorua New England Amaro

After undergoing a one-month barrel aging process, our Tamworth Distilling Chocorua New England Amaro is brimming with flavor, similar to that of natural botanical sodas and sassafras. We use our Neutral Grain Spirit to craft its liquid foundation with elements like raw and roasted chicory, malted rye, black walnut leaf, bitter orange rind, Ceylon cinnamon, gentian, sweet birch oil, and a touch of star anise.
