ART IN THE AGE CAFE
The Art in the Age Café is a continuation in our exploration of flavor and scratch made provisions. We’ve applied Walter Benjamin’s ethos by producing honest, deliberate, scratch-made provisions. A distillery café from its inception, our recipes are developed to salvage the ingredients that result from the distillation process, from the spent grain in our Distiller’s Bread to the repurposed figs in our Sierra Fig Jam. With regional goods from local businesses like Sunnyfield Bakery and Wayfarer Coffee Roasters, we work to curate seasonal menus that are artfully mindful.
The café has become a de facto town center, a place where both Tamworth residents and visitors come together over not just food and drink, but ideas and music and culture. So come in for a coffee, snack, or light bite and make yourself at home – we’re happy you’re here.
