Skeeter Spritz

1.5 oz Tamworth Garden White Mountain Gin
.5 oz Tamworth Garden Mountain Berry Cordial
Topped with Fever-Tree Sparkling Grapefruit
2-3 sprays Skeeter’s Nootkatone Flavored Whiskey
Grapefruit Slice Garnish

Add gin and cordial to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Pour over fresh ice, top with Fever-Tree Sparkling Grapefruit, and add 2–3 sprays of Skeeter’s. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.

Whiskito Old Fashioned

2 oz Chocorua Maple Rye
.5 oz Demerara Syrup
2-3 dashes Orange Bitters
Cocktail Cherry
2-3 sprays of Skeeter’s Nootkatone Flavored Whiskey

Combine ingredients with ice. Stir and strain into a rocks glass, add 2–3 sprays of Skeeter’s, and garnish with a cherry.

Skeeter-ini

2.5 oz White Mountain Vodka
.5 oz Dry Vermouth
Lemon Twist
2-3 Sprays of Skeeter’s Nootkatone Flavored Whiskey

Add vodka and vermouth to a shaker filled with ice. Stir for 10 seconds and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Spray with Skeeter’s and garnish with a lemon twist.
