- 1 1/2 VSOP Apple Brandy
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Pink Peppercorn Simple Syrup
- Splash of Dry Sparkling Wine
- Lemon Peel Twist Garnish
Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a double rocks glass and top with a splash of sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon peel twist.
