Come in from the cold with a grown-up riff on everyone’s favorite snowday sipper, the classic hot cocoa:

Cocoa Loco
1.5 oz Old Man of the Mountain Bourbon
.5 oz Art in the Age Sierra Fig Cordial
2 dashes Dashfire Bitters Mole Bitters
4 oz hot cocoa


Add all ingredients to your favorite mug. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon

Meet a sipper we’re sure you’ll warm up to – whether you’re making a single mug for yourself or a batch for a crowd: Glögg! A traditional Scandinavian mulled wine or spirit, our glögg features three Tamworth Distilling favorites. Find the recipe below – for one, or for a crowd:

White Mountain Glögg for one
2 1/2oz Art in the Age Mountain Berry Cordial
1 1/2oz Skiklubben Aquavit
3/4oz Art in the Age Sierra Fig Cordial
1 dash Dashfire Cardamom Bitters
1 dash Scrappy’s Orange Bitters
2 dashes Dashfire Allspice Bitters
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 oz water
2 1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 star anise
1/4 inch fresh ginger, peeled

Add all ingredients to a small sauce pan. Bring to a simmer then reduce heat. Heat on low for 10 minutes. Strain into an Irish coffee mug or your favorite teacup. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or star anise.

 

White Mountain Glogg for many
(makes 10 servings)
25oz Art in the Age Mountain Berry Cordial
12oz Skiklubben Aquavit
8oz Art in the Age Sierra Fig Cordial
1tsp Dashfire Cardamom Bitters
1tsp Scrappy’s Orange Bitters
2tsp Dashfire Allspice Bitters
3tsp vanilla extract
8oz water
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 star anise
1 inch fresh ginger, peeled

Add all ingredients to a large sauce pan. Bring to a simmer then reduce heat. Heat on low for 30 minutes. Strain in to a teapot to keep warm. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or star anise.
